Pork Schnitzel

Published May 2024 in 'Greet HWY 68 Loop Magazine

Here's a great meal to make for Mother's day or frankly any time. The pork schnitzels are tender, juicy and the outside so crispy. We love these Schnitzels. A few side ideas to serve are potato salad, sauerkraut, apple sauce or cucumber salad....My husband Nick loves making Schnitzel sandwiches if we have any leftovers. Enjoy!

  • 2 lbs Thin cut Pork chops, trim off fat

  • 1/3 cup Corn Starch
