Mike showing off his catch of Blue Fin Tuna.
Our friend Mike was in San Diego, Ca. on one of his annual fishing trips. He caught this huge Blue Fin Tuna. Here he proudly shows off his catch. Mike graciously shared his abundance of his fresh tuna with friends and family. We are so glad that we made his “A” list. One of our favorite ways to make fresh ahi tuna is to roll in seasonings then heat up the grill pan to hot, quickly grill each side keeping the inside perfectly pink. Making the perfect Ahi Tuna. When tuna is this fresh serving it sashimi style is the best . It is so delicious!
Here’s one out of several pieces given to us from Mike’s amazing catch.
