These Bay Leafs were picked from a Ranch in Corral De Tierra

These are some of the benefits and most widely known when drinking bay leaf tea:


Bay leaves are a rich source of Vitamin A, C, Iron, Potassium, & magnesium.


It has been proven and useful in the treatment of migraines.


Bay leaf contains enzymes that help to break down proteins, and digest food faster, helping to calm indigestion.

Ingredients:


8 cups of water


6 large Bay leafs, Rinse clean


1 Large or 2 Small lemon, Washed, Juiced , Keep wedges


2 Quart Pot


Optional: Honey, for taste

Cut recipe in 1/2 for smaller batch if desired

Instructions:


Put in your pot all ingredients excluding honey, heat on medium high heat bringing to a boil.


Lower temperature, cool a bit before serving. Add the optional drizzle of honey & enjoy.


Great Hot or cold


The aromatic fragrance is also very calming.
