"Chocolate Eclair Cake" by Home Cook William Miller

Ingredients:

  1. 3 small boxes of French Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix

  2. 3 cups of Milk

  3. 1 16oz. Cool Whip

  4. 1 Box Honey Graham Crackers

  5. 1 tub prepared Chocolate Fudge Frosting

Instructions:

  1. Mix pudding and milk together.

  2. Fold in cool whip.

  3. Layer a single layer of graham crackers on the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan.

  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over graham crackers.

  5. Layer another layer of graham crackers, then the rest of the pudding mixture.

  6. Put one more layer of graham crackers on the top.

  7. Heat the frosting in the microwave for about 25-30 seconds, until frosting is thin.

  8. Pour frosting over the cake and spread evenly.

  9. Refrigerate overnight.
