Ingredients:
10 Slightly firm red plums
1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar
1 heaping tablespoon Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
Preheat outdoor barbecue, or use indoor grilling pan on the stovetop.
Skewer 3 plum halves.
Drizzle with the olive oil, placing cut side down first.
Grill 3-4 minutes on each side.
Plate on a platter and serve with alongside your favorite BBQ entree, or use individually on dessert plates accompanied with vanilla ice cream.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze over plums.
